What you need to know to participate in Online Auctions

THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF ONLINE AUCTIONS:

1. ONLINE & LIVE- At this type of auction you can bid online in actual time against on site bidders.
2. ONLINE ONLY- At this type of auction you bid only against other internet bidders. This auction will be timed, normally lasting for 7 days.

On both of these types of auctions your credit card will be charge at the end of the auction. You will be emailed an invoice & receipt. For shipping details read below. Thanks and good luck !

ONLINE BUYERS PREMIUM- When you enter the online auction please note the buyers premium, this percentage will be added to your bid price.

SHIPPING INFORMATION- We ship daily Monday thru Friday UPS, we will secure your purchase, box your items, and make all your shipping arrangements for you at a cost of $5 per box plus the cost of shipping. Your credit card will be charged. There will be a shipping calculator for UPS on the online auction site. Please note 2 things: 1) Knight Auction Service, LLC does not guarantee the shipping estimate to be completely accurate. 2) if you make multiple purchases that fit into 1 box you will only pay one boxing fee of $5. For larger purchases if you use a LTL carrier, you will be responsible for making all shipping arrangements. We do have a truck dock and will assist the trucking company in putting your purchase on the truck.

PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS- Each auction will post pick up times.
